The Ben 10 Alien Force Swampfire was given to my six year old for his birthday and his loved playing with it from day one. I didn't think it's challenging as it only took him a few minutes to put together. However, he's very happy with it and now wants to get all of them to complete the collection!

Each Alien Force creature comes in a very nice box and is constructed very easily from quite large pieces. The finished figure looks impressive. If you buy more sets you can interchange the pieces. These are great for Ben 10 fans.
However, if your child likes a challenge in building with lego, this will not be the kit for them (my son 7 got one as a gift and it only took about 5 minutes to make , he is not really a ben10 fan anymore). The set reminds me very much of bionicle - same style/size of pieces and could I guess be used to play alongside those. It would make a good party gift to take to a young Ben10 fan though.

Simple to construct and my son loves the idea that you can change the parts with other Ben 10 lego to create your own alien.
